Home-made sauce, baked in brick

Every pizza starts on our base of home-made pizza sauce, mozzarella and herbs, then goes into the brick oven until it comes out thin and crisp. The toppings don’t hold back: the West Coast Master’s carries ten of them.

Pizza is the main act, but there’s more in the kitchen: linguine, Portuguese peri-peri chicken, Mozambique-style prawns, and hake and calamari with chips.
